Mark S. Warshavsky, CPA/ABV/CFF, MBA, CVA, CBA, CFE, DABFA, MAFF is Partner-in-Charge of Gettry Marcus Stern & Lehrer, CPA, P.C.'s Business Valuation and Litigation Support Group and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. The firm has eight individuals certified in business valuations, as well as a forensic accounting team. Mr. Warshavksy has been a consultant to businesses, financial institutions, insurance companies, law firms and high-net-worth individuals providing services in varied areas of forensic investigations and business valuations. He has been a court appointed arbitrator and expert, and is often requested to testify as an expert witness because of his knowledge, experience and reputation within the industry. He was a featured guest on WNYW-TV Fox 5's Good Day New York discussing "Tips on Uncovering Hidden Assets During a Divorce."

Mr. Warshavsky is currently Chairman of the NYSSCPA’s statewide Business Valuation Committee. Members of this group provide business valuation, forensic accounting, damage calculations and litigation support services. He has presented to a variety of groups, including attorneys, professional networking groups and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, he is a national instructor for the National Association for Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and has lectured to its Consultants’ Training Institute and various state CPA societies, covering business valuation and forensic accounting topics and has been presented with the Instructor of Exceptional Distinction Award by NACVA for the past three years.
